I am not sure, as can you see, the numbers of background are thin and the numbers of foreground is more thick.  Maybe were used two different types of print.  Thanks!

The only error Chittenden shows on page 55 is a 100c Oaxaca with error 2980.

It is so unclear it could be an attempt to correct the numbers by overprinting.

Hello friends!

I have this stamp with numbers at top;  it look with double numbers "3483" Parral, but the District name is Oaxaca (District 23).  This is a fake or error? or what is it ?, thanks!
