Jorge,
There are two different districts that use Tuspan cancellations.
Huejutla: District 1856, 1861 and Eagles all with Tuspan sub-office. Overprint Huejutla. Majority of the Eagles are used at Tuspan with only few exceptions  that are extremely rare, like Tamiahua.
Tuspan: Sub-office of Huejutla and Veracruz. NO Overprint. Used 1856 are extremely rare in my opinion. Tuspan became a District in 1874.
Veracruz: District 1856, 1861 all with Tuspan sub-office. Overprint Veracruz. Used 1856 are very rare in my opinion. I don't recall seen any 1856.
Best regards and welcome to the confusing world of Classic Mexican Philately.
Manuel.

I have seen that tuspan was a subofice of huehutla, but most of the stamps I see are from veracruz, can some one explain that please?  I know tuspan is IN the state of veracruz but is closer to huehutla
