Spuff, no body seems want to comment on "scratches across face" there are several "major" not only from type 7, I have some from type 2, 3,6, 7 and 9. Some of the scratches are "one of the kind" but they were not included in Stout/Heath book, in my opinion because there are "cut transfers" "torn transfers" "hairlines" "die breaks" and they did not want to make their book 50 pages thicker. Let us know what you are going to do with that cover.

This very interesting stamp is on a cover and is anotated Stone F, TT7 and position 90.
However I can find no reference to these major scratches in the Stout/Heath book and it is now impossible to ask eiter of them.
Any ideas or have I just missed it somewhere?
