Chiapas judicial marking o undated cover 1850-1860??

Hi Spuff:

I can only guess, but my hunch is that it means: "SECRETARIA DE CAMPO (O CAMPAÑA) DE LA SUPERIOR CORTE DE JUSTICIA DE CHIAPAS". in English: "Campaign Secretariat (or ministry) of the Superior Justice Court of Chiapas".

It must be during or after the Juarez Period when the Liberals adopted the "Freedom Cap" as their symbol with the triangle much associated to the Masonry; perhaps after the promulgation of the 1857 Constitution.

Can anyone please tell me what all the abbreviations stand for?

Also hazard a better estimate of the year.
