1868 Puebla District Cancel Identification Question

I have looked at this stamp several times and cannot figure out the cancellation.  It does not appear to be either of the Puebla straight line cancels (Schatzkes 1153, 1154).  Anybody have any ideas on this one?  I have attached 2 scans because it looks like the cancel my be upside down.
