They were just issued yesterday.

I will try to get some from my bank when they get them. I will be happy to sell a set at face value plus S&H (and Paypal charges) to anyone interested. Just send me an email to tecsierramadre@hotmail.com

Rate of exchage aprox.: Mx$13.30 = US$1.00

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY YET!

As always - beautifully engraved notes, lacking the gaudy overkill of the US notes.

Mexican commemorative banknotes

Today Banco de Mexico issued two commemorative banknotes $100 and $200 peso to commemorate the Centenary of the Revolution and Bicentenary of Independence.

Nice notes, and they are going to issue just 50 million pieces each (not a lot). Grab one of each if you can.
