You should be able to download these. For the highest resolutions, you need an account, but for viewing on a screen, the non-account version is probably sufficient.

A copy of "Atlas pintoresco e historico de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos" by Antonio GARCIA CUBAS (1885) is up for auction at
https://www.swaen.com/item.php?id=35368
. It contains wonderful maps of 19th century Mexico. You should be able to open and save the images in large files.
