Mark, and others,
The revenue catalog is sold out. I almost sold my copy, in error.
Contact the Publications Manager and see if he has any copies of the Stevens catalog.

There is little said in either book concerning the 1894-95 revenue stamps.

Thought I'd post here first since there hasn't been any posts in the revenue category in 4 years.
I'm looking for information on the 1894-1895 Revenue (Talon) Stamps. All I can find is the Forbin catalog F 117 - F 128.
Any information would be welcome
