On November 14th, passed away ING. ALFONSO TENA GARCIA at 93, an old time collector of Mexico, MEPSI member for many years. Besides being a good friend he was a knowledgeable collector and always open to help in projects like the founding of AMEXFIL (he was its first president). He also supported The Mexican Federation of Philately in the early times and supported the project of Emilio Obregon in forming the Federacion Interamericana de Filatelia (FIAF). May he rest in peace.+
