I just want to inform those interested in revenue stamps that I have listed on ebay a 1888 example of the LEY DEL TIMBRE book, ending next saturday. It contains all the information about values, tariffs, and all the uses as documentos y libros, renta interior, contribución federal, aduanas, etc. 65 pages in Spanish. Despite is was stored in a humid place and the front page and upper right corner are stained the book is solid. 3 scans are available on ebay. Thanks.
